Upcoming Meetings:
I host an ongoing series of meetings with
Ward 3 residents on topics of interest. In the fall of 2006,
we had two meetings related to a Town House application at
Bayview and Weldrick and a meeting with a York Regional Police
Officer on neighbourhood security. I have now booked the first
two Ward 3 meetings of the new term of Council. As I will be
on a trade mission in most of late January and an ethnic
festival makes it difficult demographically to hold a meeting
later in February, I am holding two meetings in one week. I
will continue to schedule ongoing meetings on varied topics
throughout the ward over the year and host coffee meetings to
get your feedback.

Shirley Drive Area: Traffic and Safety
What are your concerns?
Date: Feb 8, 2007 at 7:30 PM
Location: Rouge Woods Community
Centre
During the recent election, when I
visited homes in this area, people asked about either traffic
safety issues on Shirley Drive or home security issues. I
indicated I would hold a residents meeting to permit discussion
with the trained professionals. Maybe, they can provide the
answers you want or need. I have invited our Town of Richmond
Hill Traffic Staff and representatives from the Richmond Hill
detachment of York Regional Police.
